Graphic Designer
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to create compelling visual assets that support our brand, products, and marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for a creative professional with a strong eye for design, attention to detail, and the ability to translate ideas into impactful visuals.
Work Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week), Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm CST with one hour of unpaid lunch
Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality graphics, marketing materials, and brand assets.
- Maintain consistency across all visual communications and marketing channels.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to transform business objectives into effective designs.
- Develop product-related graphics, illustrations, and creative concepts for digital and retail use.
- Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
- Contribute to the ongoing evolution of the brand's visual identity.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience.
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding, marketing, and product design work.
- Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual storytelling.
- Proficiency with industry-standard design software.
- Ability to take feedback, iterate quickly, and manage projects independently.
- Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
- Commitment to a strict no-AI creative workflow. All artwork, designs, and illustrations must be 100% original and created by the designer. AI-generated or AI-assisted content is not permitted.
