Schedule:
- Mondays to Fridays, 8:30 am to 4:00 pm (US Eastern Time, 35 hours per week)
- Start of training: June 8th
Responsibilities:
- Conduct strategic sales operations to meet and exceed company targets
- Engage potential customers through compelling communication, showcasing our innovative healthcare solutions
- Close high-value deals while maintaining long-term relationships with clients
- Handle sensitive health information with utmost care, adhering to strict privacy protocols
- Utilize secure, state-of-the-art software systems for efficient sales operations
- Collaborate with a global team to share best practices and drive company growth
- Stay updated on industry trends and company offerings to provide informed recommendations to clients
- Contribute to the development of sales strategies and tactics to expand market reach
Requirements:
- Candidates to submit video recordings introducing themselves (APPLICATIONS WITH VIDEO RECORDINGS WILL BE PRIORITIZED)
- Proven sales experience or strong aptitude for sales, preferably in healthcare or related fields
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English
- Strong, reliable internet connection with backup options to ensure uninterrupted client interactions
- Ability to work effectively and independently in a remote environment
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and willingness to learn new secure software platforms
- Strong ethical standards and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
