Position Overview
The Marketing Specialist / Graphic Designer will play a key role in creating custom marketing materials for our real estate agents. This individual will manage incoming marketing requests, design and produce high-quality content, and communicate with agents and team members to ensure timely delivery. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and enjoys collaborating to bring marketing ideas to life.
Schedule: 8:30am – 5:00pm Woodland Hills, CA time with 30mins unpaid break ( 8 hours a day, 40 hours per week)
Key Responsibilities
- Review and manage incoming marketing requests through our project management system (Asana).
- Design marketing materials such as flyers, social media graphics, postcards, presentations, and digital ads using Canva and other creative tools.
- Communicate professionally and promptly with agents and internal teams via email and other channels to clarify project details, provide updates, and ensure deliverables meet expectations.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm creative ideas for campaigns, events, and company initiatives.
- Utilize Office 365 tools (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) to manage communication, document sharing, and collaboration.
- Prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines in a high-volume, fast-turnaround environment.
- Assist in maintaining organized design files, templates, and shared marketing resources.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of marketing processes and team efficiency.
Requirements
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in graphic design or marketing (real estate industry experience is a plus; APPLICATIONS WITH PORTFOLIOS WILL BE PRIORITIZED).
- Proficiency in Canva; experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a bonus.
- Strong familiarity with Asana or other project management tools.
- Proficient in Office 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong email communication skills with excellent attention to tone, clarity, and professionalism.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once while maintaining attention to detail.
- Creative thinker with a proactive attitude and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
