Job Overview

Our client is looking for a highly analytical Data Analyst to manage and optimize data processes across 15 pharmacy branches. In this role, you will be responsible for extracting, cleaning, and automating data from various platforms, maintaining a live company dashboard, and translating data insights directly into growth strategies for company leadership.

Schedule

• Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM UK, with 1 hour unpaid break (40 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

• Extract data weekly from NHS and proprietary dispensing platforms.
• Analyze branch performance using Red-Amber-Green reporting metrics.
• Develop and maintain a live company dashboard in Microsoft 365.
• Clean and automate data processing from various CSV exports.
• Generate tailored reports for 15 pharmacy branches.
• Communicate data insights directly to officers and leadership.
• Identify trends to support business growth and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in data analysis.
• Expert proficiency in Microsoft 365, specifically advanced Excel.
• Proven ability to build functional, automated dashboards.
• Strong experience in data mining and CSV manipulation.
• Excellent written communication skills for executive reporting.
• Highly analytical mindset with a focus on business growth.
• Ability to work independently and manage complex data sources.
