Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Bilingual Property Management & Operations Coordinator (English/Spanish) to support day-to-day rental operations, including handling rental leads, rent collection, and tenant communications. The role involves coordinating maintenance and utility account management while ensuring timely resolution of property-related issues through effective coordination with tenants and contractors. The ideal candidate will assist with administrative tasks, improve operational efficiency, and help maintain a high level of tenant satisfaction.
Schedule: 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM PST – Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday
Responsibilities:

- Call back rental leads and handle various personal assistant tasks as assigned
- Oversee utility account management, including transfers, bill payments, and resolving service issues
- Manage rent collection processes and follow up on delinquent payments
- Coordinate property maintenance and repairs, liaising between tenants and contractors
- Improve tenant communication and follow-up for property viewings
- Handle administrative tasks related to property management
- Assist in property showings and tenant communications as needed
- Utilize property management software for efficient task tracking and reporting
- Proactively identify and solve operational issues to improve overall efficiency
Requirements:

- At least 1 year of experience in property management, real estate operations, or a related field
- Proficiency in property management software platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to tasks
- Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
- Familiarity with utility management processes
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Flexibility to assist with weekend tasks
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
