Condominium Property Manager
We are seeking an experienced Condominium Property Manager to join our team. This is a full-time opportunity ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in property management operations and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day condominium operations and administrative functions
- Oversee financial management, including budgeting, accounting, and financial reporting
- Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and vendor relationships
- Ensure compliance with all applicable provincial property management regulations and legislation
- Handle tenant/resident inquiries and provide excellent customer support
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Liaise between residents, vendors, and management
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in condominium or property management
- Strong financial management and bookkeeping skills
- In-depth knowledge of Ontario condominium regulations and CMRAO requirements
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Proficiency with property management software and accounting systems
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
