Condominium Property Manager

We are seeking an experienced Condominium Property Manager to join our team. This is a full-time opportunity ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in property management operations and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day condominium operations and administrative functions
  • Oversee financial management, including budgeting, accounting, and financial reporting
  • Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and vendor relationships
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable provincial property management regulations and legislation
  • Handle tenant/resident inquiries and provide excellent customer support
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Liaise between residents, vendors, and management

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in condominium or property management
  • Strong financial management and bookkeeping skills
  • In-depth knowledge of Ontario condominium regulations and CMRAO requirements
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities
  • Proficiency with property management software and accounting systems
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
