Bookkeeper – Rental Property Management
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing and categorizing financial records related to our rental property portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and categorize financial transactions in QuickBooks
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for rental properties
- Ensure proper classification of income and expenses
- Reconcile accounts and verify financial data
- Generate financial reports as needed
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
Required Skills:
- Proficiency with QuickBooks software
