Overview

We are looking for a highly organized Property Management Assistant to support the daily operations of a growing short-term rental business. In this role, you will manage property listings, coordinate with cleaning vendors, and handle essential invoicing and accounting tasks. It’s a fantastic opportunity to work directly with the business owner and play a key role in ensuring smooth operations across multiple properties.

Schedule

• Hours: Full-time (40 hours/week)
• Shift: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST (includes a one-hour unpaid break)

Responsibilities

• Onboard new property owners by creating and setting up Airbnb and VRBO listings and integrating them into the property management system
• Prepare and manage invoices for cleaning services and other property-related expenses
• Coordinate with cleaning companies and third-party vendors to ensure timely property turnovers
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, property accounts, and financial transactions
• Assist with day-to-day administrative operations to support smooth property management workflows
• Monitor and organize operational documentation across multiple properties
• Provide ongoing administrative support as the business continues to grow

Requirements

• Previous experience in short-term rental or property management operations
• Familiarity with Airbnb, VRBO, and property management platforms
• Strong attention to detail, especially with invoicing and accounting-related tasks
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities with minimal supervision
• Strong communication and coordination skills
