We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Bookkeeper to join our finance team on a part-time or full-time basis.

About the Role

You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring our accounting systems are up to date and compliant. This is a hands-on role where you'll manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks and support the broader finance function.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain accounting software systems
  • Record financial transactions accurately and in a timely manner
  • Reconcile accounts and identify discrepancies
  • Process invoices, expenses, and payroll support
  • Prepare financial reports and statements
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and procedures
  • Liaise with management on financial matters

What We're Looking For

  • Proven bookkeeping experience
  • Proficiency with accounting software and spreadsheet applications
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Professional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
