Tele-Appointment Setter
About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and professional Tele-Appointment Setter to join our financial services team. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting prospective customers via telephone to schedule appointments and generate qualified leads.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound phone calls to potential customers
- Present services and value propositions in a clear and compelling manner
- Schedule appointments using our lead management system
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and appointments
- Meet or exceed daily appointment booking targets
- Qualify leads based on customer needs and fit
- Handle objections professionally and persuasively
- Follow up with prospects as needed
