We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Reactivation and Web-to-Print Portal Coordinator to join our team on a part-time basis. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage quote follow-up communications with prospects and clients
  • Identify and reach out to dormant customers to encourage reactivation
  • Maintain and optimize CRM records and spreadsheets to ensure data accuracy and accessibility
  • Provide support for customer loyalty program operations and administration
  • Manage and maintain the web-to-print portal, ensuring smooth functionality and user experience
  • Perform general administrative tasks to support sales and customer service operations

What We're Looking For

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Excel or similar spreadsheet software
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Experience in sales support, customer service, or a related field is a plus

Position Details

  • Schedule: Part-time, approximately 20 hours per week, Monday-Friday with availability during U.S. Central Time business hours
