We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Reactivation and Web-to-Print Portal Coordinator to join our team on a part-time basis. Key Responsibilities
- Manage quote follow-up communications with prospects and clients
- Identify and reach out to dormant customers to encourage reactivation
- Maintain and optimize CRM records and spreadsheets to ensure data accuracy and accessibility
- Provide support for customer loyalty program operations and administration
- Manage and maintain the web-to-print portal, ensuring smooth functionality and user experience
- Perform general administrative tasks to support sales and customer service operations
What We're Looking For
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Excel or similar spreadsheet software
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Position Details
- Schedule: Part-time, approximately 20 hours per week, Monday-Friday with availability during U.S. Central Time business hours
