Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Outbound Sales Prospector to prospect and connect with potential clients in the legal and professional services sector. This is a part-time remote position with the potential to transition to full-time based on performance. The ideal candidate will be results-driven with strong sales experience and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Client Overview:
A mobile notary services business operating in Florida, specializing in traditional and remote online notary services. The business focuses on serving professionals, including lawyers, doctors, and title companies.
Schedule:
- Mondays to Fridays, flexible schedule during the client’s business hours (US Eastern Time, 20 hours per week)
Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold calling to lawyers, doctors' offices, title companies, and other professional service providers to generate business opportunities.
- Research and build target lists using online resources such as Google Maps and web directories.
- Schedule appointments with interested prospects and coordinate with leadership for follow-up. Maintain organized records of contacts, leads, and appointment schedules.
- Meet daily and weekly KPIs, including the number of dials, new contacts added, and appointments set.
Must-Have Requirements:
- Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in lead generation or sales roles.
- Proven track record of cold calling and appointment setting with measurable results.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage professional clientele such as lawyers and doctors.
- Ability to independently research and build prospect lists using online tools. Experience working remotely with strong self-management and accountability.
Nice-to-Have Requirements:
- Previous experience in the notary, legal, or professional services industry.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and lead tracking tools.
