Job Overview

As a Meta Ads Specialist / Paid Social Account Manager, you are the key driver of high-impact Meta advertising campaigns. You will manage and optimize substantial ad budgets across a diverse client portfolio. Working within a rapidly growing performance digital marketing agency, you will have the autonomy to build campaigns from scratch and shape paid social strategies across multiple industries. This role combines hands-on execution with deep data analysis, allowing you to turn complex metrics into actionable insights and meaningful results. Collaborating closely with a remote team, you will ensure strong client success while continuously expanding your expertise across emerging platforms like TikTok and Snapchat.

Schedule

Mon-Fri, 9 am - 5 pm UK time with at least 5 hours of the weekly contract over the weekend to optimize Meta Ads (40 hours per week)

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage Meta advertising campaigns tailored to specific client requirements and objectives
  • Analyze campaign performance data and create comprehensive reports with actionable insights
  • Interpret complex advertising metrics to tell the story behind the data and drive optimization decisions
  • Handle potential client-facing communications and presentations based on experience level
  • Expand expertise across additional social platforms, including TikTok and Snapchat
  • Collaborate with team members through Slack for seamless project coordination
  • Optimize campaign performance through strategic adjustments and testing methodologies
  • Provide strategic recommendations based on data analysis and industry best practices

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience managing Meta/Facebook advertising campaigns
  • Agency experience strongly preferred - you understand the client service dynamic
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and extract meaningful insights
  • Excellent English communication skills for professional client interactions
  • Proficiency with Meta Business Manager and core advertising tools
  • Experience building campaigns from scratch and managing optimization processes
  • Bonus if you have experience with TikTok, Snapchat, or other social advertising platforms
  • It helps if you’re comfortable with reporting tools and data visualization
