Drive operational excellence by managing end-to-end contract lifecycles and optimizing Salesforce workflows to support a high-performing sales team. Our client is looking for a detail-oriented specialist to bridge the gap between sales, finance, and technology through precise data management and strategic process improvements.

Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and manage all contract types (client, third-party, and lease), including negotiations, redlines, non-standard terms, and end-to-end lifecycle management such as sending for signature and tracking status.
- Maintain and optimize Salesforce systems, including product catalog, pricing, bundles, workflows, automation, validation rules, page layouts, and account updates (merges, deactivations, status changes).
- Manage quoting, pricing, discounts, proposals, channel lineups, and related documentation across all product lines, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business rules.
- Create and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards, including executive-level (C-suite) reporting to support business decision-making.
- Oversee opportunity management in Salesforce, including review, validation, and closure across all product lines, ensuring data integrity and process compliance.
- Support cross-functional teams (Sales, Finance, IT, and others) by providing contract review feedback, resolving issues, and aligning Salesforce processes with operational needs.
- Drive process improvement by identifying automation opportunities, enhancing workflows, and ensuring efficient system usage across Salesforce and related tools.
Requirements
- At least 2–5 years of experience in sales operations, contract management, or a related role
- Background in service-based or technology-driven industries (preferred)
- Advanced Salesforce skills, including reporting, dashboards, and process automation
- Experience with DocuSign, Adobe Acrobat, and other reporting tools
- Strong understanding of sales operations workflows, pricing, quoting, and contract negotiation
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to handle multiple priorities
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a high level of professionalism and integrity
