Job Overview

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Video Editor to support ongoing content production across our social media channels. In this role, you will transform raw footage from team shoots and creator collaborations into polished, scroll-stopping videos that align with our brand standards. You will manage the entire post-production process, adding transitions, music, motion elements, and captions optimized for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. Working closely with our creative and marketing teams, you will ensure daily, high-performing content is delivered on a tight schedule.

Schedule

Mon-Fri, 9 AM - 6 PM EST with 1 hour of unpaid break (40 hours per week)

Responsibilities

• Perform post-production editing on creator-led and brand content.
• Transform raw footage from team shoots into polished, engaging social media videos.
• Manage video assets, file organization, and version control across projects.
• Add transitions, music, motion elements, captions, and subtitles to enhance viewer engagement.
• Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and visual standards.
• Collaborate closely with creative and marketing teams to refine storytelling and content performance.
• Optimize videos for platform-specific requirements, including TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
• Coordinate with the Social Media Manager to ensure timely content delivery and publishing schedules.

Requirements

• Proven experience editing videos using Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar professional editing software.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in social media and short-form video content.
• Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and visual storytelling skills.
• Ability to work effectively across North American time zones.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection and a professional workstation setup.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
