Job Overview 
We are seeking a detail-oriented E-commerce Specialist to manage and optimize product listings across Shopify and other online marketplaces, including Amazon, Walmart, and eBay. This role involves maintaining accurate inventory records, updating product images and listings, and supporting backend SEO and digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate has hands-on Shopify experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. 

Schedule:  Flexible but we are in Arizona - US overlap may be needed to communicate in real time every now and then

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain product listings on the Shopify platform, ensuring accuracy and consistency
• Upload and update inventory data using FTP servers and Shopify's backend tools
• Swap out product images, update graphics within existing templates, and remove outdated listings
• Support listing management across additional marketplaces such as Amazon, Walmart, and eBay
• Assist with backend SEO optimization and digital advertising tasks to improve product visibility
• Handle day-to-day administrative e-commerce tasks to free up the business owner's time

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience working with the Shopify platform
• Familiarity with multi-channel e-commerce marketplace operations
• Strong attention to detail when managing product data and digital assets
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Basic understanding of graphic work, SEO, or digital marketing is a plus

Scope:

• Part-time role starting at 20 hours per week with potential to grow into a full-time position
• Workload may fluctuate week to week; flexibility and initiative to take on varied tasks is essential
• Primary focus on Shopify management with secondary support across other sales channels
• Collaborate remotely with the business owner to ensure smooth daily operations
• Contribute to improving e-commerce workflows and expanding marketplace presence
