Responsibilities
- Outbound Prospecting & Lead Generation: Execute a minimum of 100 outbound dials or contact attempts daily; conduct manual lead generation and prospect research using online directories and digital sources to build targeted B2B list pipelines.
- Lead Qualification: Engage prospective clients through assertive cold calling; systematically assess prospect needs, identify key decision-makers, and qualify interest levels based on predefined brand criteria.
- Appointment Setting: Successfully schedule qualified presentation meetings directly onto the internal sales calendar, coordinate scheduling logistics, and manage prompt rescheduling requests.
- Multi-Channel Follow-Up: Deploy consistent follow-up sequences via email and SMS to nurture unresponsive prospects and maximize conversion opportunities.
- CRM Data Management: Maintain total data integrity inside company databases; accurately log call dispositions, detailed conversation notes, and appointment records in real time.
- Process Optimization: Collaborate with leadership to refine sales messaging, optimize phone scripts, handle customer objections smoothly, and provide constructive feedback on market trends.
Requirements
- Sales Footprint: Proven professional experience in outbound telemarketing, cold calling, appointment setting, inside sales, or Sales Development Representative (SDR) functions.
- Volume Stamina: Demonstrated success and comfort operating within a fast-paced, high-volume outbound calling environment (100+ dials per day).
- Linguistic Standard: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with the absolute clarity needed to engage professionally with Australian-based corporate prospects.
- Digital Research Skills: Strong internet research habits with proven experience executing manual lead generation and target list building.
- SDR Competency: High-level execution in objection handling, relationship building, time management, and consultative communication workflows.
Qualifications
- Prior experience supporting Australian businesses, customers, or localized geographic markets is highly preferred.
- Background operating within B2B sales, healthcare, or professional services environments.
- Practical familiarity with standard CRM architecture such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Pipedrive, or highly similar sales platforms.
- Experience integrating email and SMS outreach tools into traditional cold-calling frameworks.
