Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented E-Commerce Assistant to support our growing online marketplace operations. In this remote role, you will manage and maintain the cross-listing of thousands of products from Shopify across platforms like eBay, Poshmark, and Mercari using Vendoo. You will also monitor sales to prevent overselling and ensure all transaction data remains highly accurate within Airtable. This position is perfect for an organized independent contractor who excels at managing high-volume data and inventory workflows.

 

Job Highlights

Schedule: Mon-Fri, flexible withink client’s business hours PST time (20 hours per week)

Work Arrangement: Work from home

Responsibilities

• Cross-list products from Shopify into Vendoo and distribute listings across eBay, Poshmark, and Mercari.
• Monitor sold items across all marketplaces and promptly remove listings to prevent overselling.
• Maintain accurate sales records and transaction data in Airtable.
• Ensure consistency and accuracy of product listings, including titles, descriptions, pricing, and images.
• Support daily operational tasks to keep the listing and inventory workflow running efficiently.
• Communicate proactively with the team regarding listing issues, platform updates, and process improvements.

 

Requirements

• Previous experience in e-commerce, online marketplaces, or related operational roles.
• Familiarity with platforms such as eBay, Poshmark, Mercari, Shopify, or similar marketplaces.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when managing large volumes of listings.
• Comfortable learning and using new software tools and systems.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
