Schedule:

• Mondays to Fridays, 10:00 am to 2:00 pm (US Eastern Time, 20 hours per week)

Scope:

• Part-time role (20 hours per week) with potential to scale to full-time based on workload and results
• Focus exclusively on the YouTube channel monetization strategy and affiliate partnership development
• No video editing or content posting required; content creation and distribution is already automated
• Cold calling may be introduced at a later stage based on performance and business needs

Responsibilities:

• Research and identify companies offering affiliate marketing programs relevant to real estate and AI content creation
• Build and maintain organized lead lists in Google Drive with categorized tabs for different prospect types
• Monitor YouTube channel performance and identify opportunities for growth and monetization
• Source and compile contact information (name, email, company) for potential affiliate and advertising partners
• Support outreach efforts by preparing templates and data for affiliate partnership communications
• Track and report on affiliate marketing opportunities and lead generation progress

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience with YouTube channel monetization and growth strategies
• Proven experience in affiliate marketing research and lead generation
• Proficiency in Google Drive, Google Sheets, and basic spreadsheet management
• Strong internet research and data mining skills
• High level of attention to detail and organizational ability
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
