Job Overview
Our client is seeking a Financial Controller (Accounting & Operations) responsible for ensuring financial accuracy, strengthening internal controls, improving cash flow visibility, and supporting data-driven decision-making across the business. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role serves as the senior accounting professional, overseeing and supporting the current accountant while also driving process improvements and operational discipline. The Controller will be expected to combine hands-on accounting responsibilities with strategic oversight, ensuring the month-end close is consistent and reliable, financial statements are accurate and timely, and risks are identified early. Success in this role means building structured, documented accounting processes, improving visibility into financial performance, enhancing cash flow and AR management, and enabling leadership to focus less on day-to-day accounting and more on business growth and decision-making.
