Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled AI Automation & Systems Specialist to support our growing business by building, optimizing, and maintaining automation workflows across multiple platforms. This role will focus on streamlining business processes, integrating software systems, supporting CRM automation, and improving operational efficiency through AI-powered solutions.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with automation platforms such as Make, Zapier, and GoHighLevel, and is comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with leadership. Strong English communication skills are essential, as this role may involve occasional interaction with clients and internal stakeholders.
This is a full-time remote position supporting a US-based company.
Schedule: Monday to Friday 7 hours per day plus 1 hr unpaid break (35 working hours). Available within US daytime hours
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain automation workflows using Make, Zapier, and similar platforms.
- Develop and optimize AI-driven processes to improve operational efficiency.
- Integrate email platforms, CRMs, task management systems, and business applications.
- Manage and optimize GoHighLevel workflows, automations, and reporting systems.
- Create and maintain automated lead management and client communication processes.
- Build and troubleshoot integrations between various software platforms.
- Assist with website updates, functionality improvements, and system enhancements.
- Monitor automation performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Document workflows, processes, and automation systems.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for automation-related issues.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify new automation opportunities across multiple business entities.
Requirements
- Proven experience with AI automation, workflow automation, or business systems integration.
- Strong experience with Make (Integromat), Zapier, N8N GoHighLevel, and CRM automation (MUST)
- Experience integrating email systems, task management platforms, and business applications.
- Understanding of API integrations and automated workflows.
- Familiarity with ClickUp or similar project management tools.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to communicate professionally with clients and team members.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
