Performance Marketing Specialist

Job Overview

Our client is seeking a highly skilled Performance Marketing Specialist to manage end-to-end digital marketing execution across multiple business entities. This role covers both paid advertising and organic social media strategy, with a strong focus on performance marketing, campaign optimization, and ROI-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate is analytical, highly independent, and experienced in managing multiple client accounts while maintaining tight control over budgets and performance.

Schedule

Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM AEST (40 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

  • Plan, build, and manage end-to-end paid advertising campaigns, structures, targeting strategies, and performance funnels across Google Ads and social platforms.
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize ad budgets and campaigns continuously to maximize ROI, conversions, and approved spend limits.
  • Develop and execute organic social media strategies across multiple client accounts while maintaining consistent brand messaging.
  • Integrate AI-generated content workflows (e.g., Claude) into marketing strategies, content direction, and creatives.
  • Manage website updates, landing page optimization, and Google Business Profiles across multiple client accounts.
  • Support email marketing campaigns, automation workflows, marketing funnels, and customer engagement systems.
  • Analyze performance data regularly across all channels to provide actionable insights, key metric tracking, and trend reports.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing Google Ads (PPC) and paid social media campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of organic social media strategy, content execution, and multi-account client management.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, optimize performance, and prioritize ROI outcomes.
  • Comfortable utilizing AI tools (e.g., Claude) to support content creation and creative workflows.
  • Strong budget management discipline with high attention to financial constraints and execution detail.
  • Highly independent, resourceful, and capable of working proactively without close supervision.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to translate data insights clearly to leadership.

Portfolio Requirement

Applicants must provide a portfolio that includes clear examples of:

  • Google Ads campaigns (structure, results, or case studies).
  • Paid social media campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
  • Organic social media pages managed.
  • Landing pages, website work, or performance results showing ROI improvements (if available).
