Overview:
We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist (Email, Social Media, and Google Ads) to develop and execute marketing strategies that support business growth and customer acquisition. The role involves managing email marketing campaigns, social media content, Google Ads, and marketing analytics while ensuring consistent brand messaging across all channels. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of digital marketing experience, strong content creation and communication skills, and the ability to independently manage multiple campaigns and projects in a fast-paced environment.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM - Sydney Time Zone | With 1 hour unpaid break (35hrs per week)
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to support business growth
- Manage email marketing campaigns, including content creation, scheduling, and performance tracking
- Create and manage social media content across relevant platforms
- Plan, launch, and optimise Google Ads campaigns and monitor campaign performance
- Analyse marketing data and provide insights to improve engagement and conversions
- Coordinate content calendars and ensure consistent brand messaging
- Conduct market research and identify opportunities to improve marketing performance
- Work closely with the team to support lead generation and customer acquisition activities
Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)
- Develop and execute PEDL's SEO strategy.
- Improve organic rankings across key e-bike and electric scooter search terms.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO)
- Optimise content for AI search platforms including ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Gemini and Perplexity.
Website Growth & Conversion Optimisation
- Improve website user experience and customer journey.
- Analyse customer behaviour and identify conversion bottlenecks.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role
- Strong experience with email marketing, social media management, and Google Ads
- Experience using marketing tools, analytics platforms, and campaign reporting tools
- Strong written communication and content creation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns/tasks
