The business is looking to expand its digital presence by creating a more personal, luxury brand experience while maintaining consistent communication with potential buyers.

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media & Paid Ads Growth Specialist (Luxury Pet Brand) to manage the complete digital customer journey-- from creating premium content that builds trust and demand, to managing inquiries, nurturing potential buyers, and generating qualified leads through paid advertising.

This role combines premium content creation, social media management, Meta advertising, community engagement, and lead management. The ideal candidate has a strong visual eye, understands premium branding, and can create an emotional connection between customers and the brand.

Schedule:

  • 20 hours per week -| Flexible within Australian business hours (Brisbane, AU)

Responsibilities:

Premium Content Creation & Social Media Management

  • Transform raw photos and videos provided by the business into polished, high-quality social media content

  • Create visually appealing Instagram grids, Reels, Stories, and Facebook content

  • Edit short-form videos with strong storytelling, captions, transitions, and brand consistency

  • Maintain a premium aesthetic focused on clean backgrounds, high-quality visuals, warm and emotional storytelling, luxury pet/lifestyle branding

  • Plan and schedule regular content to maintain audience engagement

  • Identify trends and content opportunities to increase reach and visibility

Facebook, Instagram Ads & Lead Generation

  • Create, launch, monitor, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram)

  • Generate a consistent pipeline of qualified buyer inquiries

  • Research the market and recommend suitable starting advertising budgets

  • Test audiences, creatives, and messaging to improve campaign performance

  • Monitor ad results and provide performance updates and recommendations

  • Adjust campaigns based on engagement, cost per lead, and conversion results

Community & Buyer Relationship Management

  • Monitor and respond to Facebook and Instagram comments and direct messages daily

  • Create a friendly, trustworthy, and welcoming brand experience for potential buyers

  • Answer common inquiries and maintain strong communication with the audience

  • Build relationships with followers to increase trust and future sales opportunities

Waitlist & Lead Management

  • Create and maintain a structured tracking system for interested buyers using tools such as Google Sheets or CRM platforms

  • Organize inquiries, buyer details, preferences, and follow-up timelines

  • Keep potential buyers engaged during periods when puppies are unavailable

  • Maintain excitement and connection with waitlisted customers until future availability

  • Coordinate deposit tracking and serious buyer information

  • Smoothly hand off qualified buyers to the owner via mobile text when required

Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing social media accounts for businesses

  • Strong portfolio showcasing social media content creation

  • Experience creating and optimizing Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns

  • Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager

  • Ability to create visually premium and emotionally engaging content

  • Excellent written English communication skills

  • Experience managing customer messages, leads, or online communities

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of digital marketing activities

Highly Regarded Skills & Experience:

  • Experience working with pet, lifestyle, luxury, family-focused, or consumer brands

  • Experience managing high-value customer journeys or waitlists

  • Familiarity with CRM systems or structured lead tracking processes

  • Experience converting social media engagement into sales opportunities

  • Knowledge of influencer partnerships and collaborations

  • Experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe tools, or similar editing platforms

Scope:

  • Own social media content creation and digital brand presentation

  • Build and manage a consistent lead generation system through paid advertising

  • Maintain buyer engagement from first inquiry through purchase readiness

  • Support the owner by organizing leads and improving sales processes

  • Replace agency support with a dedicated specialist who understands the brand deeply
