Schedule
- Monday to Friday. 9:00AM to 5:00 PM CST; 40 hours per week
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound phone calls and manage front desk communications professionally
- Enter and maintain client and caregiver information in HHA Exchange
- Coordinate and manage caregiver scheduling to ensure consistent service coverage
- Conduct monthly client satisfaction follow-up calls to identify concerns and ensure service quality
- Handle general administrative tasks including data entry, record-keeping, and documentation
- Support day-to-day office operations to keep the home care business running efficiently
Requirements
- Prior experience in an administrative or front desk support role, preferably in healthcare or home care
- Familiarity with HHA Exchange or similar home care management software is a strong advantage
- Strong verbal communication skills with a professional and empathetic phone manner
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Scope
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client and caregiver inquiries
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date records across scheduling and client management systems
- Provide regular updates and reports to the business administrator
