Job Overview
Our client is seeking an experienced and highly creative Marketing Graphic Designer to support the Group's marketing and communications initiatives across multiple brands. This is a hands-on, production-focused role that requires a strong eye for design, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to deliver high-quality creative assets in a fast-paced environment. Working closely with marketing specialists, managers, and key stakeholders, the successful candidate will be responsible for producing compelling visual content across digital, social, print, and advertising channels while maintaining brand consistency and meeting strict deadlines.
Schedule
Monday - Friday, 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM Brisbane Time (40 work hours per week)
Responsibilities
- Create and produce high-quality branded visual assets and campaign rollouts across digital and traditional channels using Adobe Creative Suite.
- Design a wide range of marketing collateral including social media graphics, web banners, EDMs, brochures, signage, and point-of-sale materials.
- Produce engaging visual content including still imagery, animated GIFs, and digital campaign assets while maintaining strict adherence to detailed brand guidelines.
- Receive, track, and manage design briefs through project management platforms such as Monday.com or ClickUp.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects simultaneously, prioritizing workloads effectively in a fast-paced environment to meet strict deadlines.
- Work closely with marketing managers, specialists, and business stakeholders, presenting creative ideas and responding promptly to feedback.
- Ensure absolute accuracy regarding pricing, promotional offers, disclaimers, typography, layout design, and legal compliance before publication.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of professional graphic design experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Acrobat.
- Strong experience producing both digital and print marketing assets with an understanding of digital advertising platform requirements.
- Excellent layout, typography, image-retouching, organizational, and time-management abilities.
- Professional English verbal and written communication skills with the confidence to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
Nice to Have
Ideal candidates will bring background experience in fast-paced retail, automotive, luxury, finance, property, or commercial advertising sectors, preferably working with premium global brands or franchise marketing environments.
Additional familiarity with basic video editing workflows and project management platforms like Monday.com or ClickUp is highly valued.
