Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive GoHighLevel Membership & CRM Specialist to manage and optimize our membership platform and email marketing systems. In this fully remote role, you will handle user onboarding, build automated CRM workflows, and monitor email campaign performance to boost member retention. Working closely with the business owner, you will independently troubleshoot backend issues and streamline customer journeys for our subscription-based business. This part-time, independent contractor position is perfect for a tech-savvy professional with dedicated GoHighLevel experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the company's GoHighLevel membership platform
  • Monitor and optimize the member experience to ensure smooth onboarding and engagement
  • Configure and manage membership access, user permissions, and content delivery
  • Troubleshoot membership-related issues and provide backend support
  • Monitor email deliverability, open rates, click-through rates, and overall campaign performance
  • Create, update, and manage email automations, workflows, and customer journeys within GoHighLevel
  • Generate reports and provide recommendations to improve member engagement and retention
  • Manage CRM records, contacts, pipelines, and customer data accuracy
  • Assist with payment tracking, subscription management, and membership-related administrative tasks
  • Support ongoing marketing initiatives through email marketing and automation campaigns
  • Collaborate with the business owner to identify opportunities for process improvements and system optimization
  • Ensure all automations, communications, and customer touchpoints function properly

 

Requirements

  • Proven experience using GoHighLevel (required)
  • Experience managing membership sites, online communities, or subscription-based programs
  • Strong understanding of CRM management, automation workflows, and email marketing
  • Experience analyzing campaign performance metrics and reporting on results
  • Familiarity with customer journey mapping and user experience optimization
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues
  • Experience supporting online coaching, fitness, wellness, or membership businesses is highly preferred
