Overview:
We are a growing back-office support company that provides administrative, recruiting, and operational support services to delivery and logistics businesses across the United States. Our team helps clients streamline hiring processes, manage candidate pipelines, and maintain efficient workforce operations.
We are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator (High-Volume Hiring) to support high-volume driver recruitment and hiring operations. This role focuses on recruiting administration, candidate communication, phone screening, interview scheduling, and maintaining organized hiring pipelines. The ideal candidate has previous recruiting or HR administration experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple hiring activities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central Time | 40 hours per week with 30-minute paid break
Responsibilities:
Recruiting Administration
- Post and manage job advertisements for driver and delivery-related positions
- Review incoming applications and resumes
- Maintain accurate candidate records using Google Sheets, Excel, and recruitment platforms
- Track candidate progress throughout the hiring process
- Ensure candidate statuses are updated consistently and accurately
- Support high-volume recruitment activities that may fluctuate based on hiring demand
Candidate Communication
- Contact candidates via phone, email, and text messaging
- Conduct initial phone screenings following established hiring procedures
- Verify candidate qualifications, availability, and interest in available positions
- Schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview attendance and hiring updates
- Maintain professional and timely communication throughout the recruitment process
Client & Hiring Manager Support
- Coordinate with hiring managers regarding candidate pipelines and interview schedules
- Provide regular recruitment updates and hiring status reports
- Escalate complex candidate issues or concerns when necessary
- Follow established recruitment processes and procedures across multiple client accounts
Additional Hiring Support (Training Provided)
- Assist with background check coordination
- Support drug screening and pre-employment requirements
- Track onboarding and compliance documentation
- Assist with employment verification and hiring administration tasks
- Support training completion follow-ups and related administrative activities
Requirements:
- Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, HR administration, or hiring support
- Experience using Indeed or similar recruitment platforms
- Strong proficiency in Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel
- Comfortable making outbound calls and conducting phone screenings
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage high-volume candidate pipelines efficiently
- Ability to work with multiple hiring managers and client accounts
- Strong follow-up and time management skills
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new processes and systems
- Availability to work during U.S. Central Time business hours

- Bilingual English and Spanish communication skills
- Experience recruiting hourly or frontline employees
- Experience recruiting drivers, warehouse staff, logistics personnel, or similar positions
