Investor Outreach Specialist

Job Description
We are looking for a Investor Outreach Specialist to support Shore Acres Capital, a real estate private equity firm focused on 506(c) investment opportunities. The role will focus on outbound cold calling to identify, engage, and qualify prospective accredited investors in the US, mainly within the tri-state area (NY, NJ, CT).

This is a high-energy, communication-heavy role where the first few seconds of a call are critical in capturing attention and building engagement. The ideal candidate needs to be confident on the phone, professional, and very disciplined when it comes to compliance and scripting.

Schedule

  • Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM Eastern Time (4 hours per day, 20 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound cold calls to prospective accredited investors
  • Identify and qualify potential investor leads
  • Deliver scripted messaging clearly and confidently
  • Engage prospects quickly and keep their attention within the first seconds of the call
  • Record call outcomes and update lead information accurately
  • Pass qualified leads to the appropriate team for follow-up
  • Follow compliance guidelines and approved scripts at all times

Requirements

  • High Energy & Enthusiasm: Must have a confident, high-energy communication style. We’re specifically screening out low-energy, slow-paced, or tentative callers since engagement happens within seconds of the call starting
  • Clear, Accent-Neutral English: Must speak fluent, clear, neutral American English with no heavy accent. The audience is primarily based in NY, NJ, and CT
  • Sales-Oriented Background: Experience in financial services, investment outreach, or high-ticket cold calling is strongly preferred. This is not general real estate cold calling, but real estate private equity investor outreach through Shore Acres Capital, offering opportunities to accredited investors in the US
  • Professionalism & Compliance Awareness: Must operate under 506(c) compliance rules, strictly follow scripts, and avoid making any promises, guarantees, or unauthorized representations. The ability to stay disciplined and escalate qualified leads properly is very important
