Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and commercially minded Marketing Operations & Content Manager to serve as the engine room of our global marketing strategy. This is a fully remote, multi-faceted role designed for a hybrid marketer who is equally comfortable orchestrating a social media calendar, building automated email flows, updating website architecture, and managing external agency partners.

You will sit at the center of our growth strategy, turning high-level marketing goals into flawless daily execution.

Schedule:

  • 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Florida Timezone

Responsibilities:

  • Content & Social Media Orchestration: Own and execute the global brand calendar across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. You will synthesize inputs from sales, product, and leadership into highly engaging copy, video content, and thought leadership.
  • Email Marketing & Lifecycles: Design, schedule, and optimize targeted email campaigns and newsletters. You will take charge of database segmentation and lead-nurturing workflows to drive both acquisition and retention.
  • Website & CMS Management: Act as the primary gatekeeper for our frontend digital footprint, updating landing pages, promotional spaces, and blog content via our CMS while coordinating technical updates with our development team.
  • Marketing Operations & CRM: Support the optimization of our HubSpot CRM infrastructure. You will manage tracking links, ensure data quality, and monitor lead attribution to see exactly which campaigns drive revenue.
  • Agency & Partner Coordination: Serve as the central point of contact for our specialized external agencies (SEO, PPC, design, and development), ensuring deliverables are hit on time and remain aligned with our core KPIs.
  • Performance Analytics: Track and translate channel data into actionable insights, producing concise monthly reports on traffic trends, conversion rates, and campaign ROI.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience spanning digital marketing, content creation, and marketing operations.
  • Comfortable working within modern CMS environments (such as WordPress) and CRM platforms (ideally HubSpot). Familiarity with Google Analytics or Looker Studio is a significant advantage.
  • Experience working within an online marketplace, e-commerce platform, or the travel/marine/lifestyle sectors is highly regarded.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a proven ability to keep multiple agency projects, content deadlines, and technical updates moving forward simultaneously.
  • Exceptional written English skills, with the ability to write sharp, high-converting copy across B2B and B2C channels.

  • Optimizing email click-through and open rates through continuous A/B testing and sharper segmentation.
  • Streamlining agency workflows to extract maximum value and efficiency from our external partners.
