Job Description:
We’re seeking a versatile Social Media & Graphic Design Assistant to join our fast-paced team and play a crucial role in managing our digital presence and creative output. This exciting opportunity allows you to showcase your diverse skill set across social media management, content creation, and visual design. You’ll be the creative force behind our brand’s online presence, working in a collaborative environment where your ideas matter and your contributions directly impact company growth. Schedule:
- Mondays to Fridays, as follows:
- 5-10 hours of meetings per week scheduled in alignment with Los Angeles (US Pacific Time), ideally clustered into 2-3 days for efficiency
- 30-35 hours of flexible/asynchronous work, which can be completed during the agent’s preferred hours
Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow social media accounts across multiple platforms
- Engage with online communities through comment moderation and audience interaction
- Create stunning graphic designs for marketing materials and campaigns
- Produce and edit compelling videos for social media and marketing content
- Adapt quickly to various creative tasks and evolving business needs
- Collaborate directly with business owners on creative strategy and execution
- Maintain high-quality standards across all creative deliverables
- Support additional marketing initiatives as the business grows
Requirements:
- Proven experience in social media management and community engagement
- Advanced proficiency in graphic design software and creative tools
- Strong video editing skills and experience with video content creation
- Demonstrated ability to work across multiple creative disciplines
- Excellent communication skills and professional online presence
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and wear many different hats
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality work
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently in a remote environment
