Job Overview

Our client is looking for a detail-oriented Social Media & Content Posting Assistant to support a fast-growing health and fitness affiliate marketing business. The role focuses on daily content distribution, community engagement, and performance tracking across multiple social media platforms. The business operates a multi-platform content strategy designed to drive affiliate traffic through consistent posting and engagement across TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, and Facebook. All content, scripts, and workflows are pre-developed, and the role is primarily execution-focused.

Schedule

• Monday - Friday, 6:00 PM - 10:00 PM EST (20 hours per week)

Responsibilities

• Content Distribution: Post and schedule daily health and fitness content across TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, and Facebook.
• Execution: Execute content based on pre-written scripts, briefs, and structured playbooks.
• Engagement Generation: Respond to comments and messages to drive engagement and affiliate link clicks.
• Brand Voice Maintenance: Follow standardized comment reply frameworks to maintain brand voice consistency.
• Performance Tracking: Track content performance using provided spreadsheets and reporting tools.
• Schedule Consistency: Maintain a consistent daily posting schedule across all platforms.
• Community Support: Support community management and audience engagement activities.

Requirements

• Portfolio Requirement: Portfolio required, across TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, and Facebook.
• Experience: 1–2 years of experience in social media management or content posting.
• Marketing Literacy: Familiarity with affiliate marketing or link-driven content strategies is a plus.
• Communication Skills: Strong written communication skills with attention to tone and consistency.
• SOP Adherence: Ability to follow structured SOPs, playbooks, and content systems.
• Organizational Skills: High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Multi-Platform Management: Comfortable managing multiple social media platforms simultaneously.
• Autonomy: Ability to work independently and meet daily posting requirements.
