Are you a high-energy phone sales closer who thrives on turning cold data into hot real estate deals? We are seeking a motivated Real Estate Inside Sales Agent (Outbound Cold Caller) to connect with motivated homeowners across the country and spark meaningful conversations. In this fast-paced role, you will use daily refreshed PropStream leads to build genuine rapport with distressed sellers, qualify their needs, and tee up high-value appointments for our business owner to close.

Schedule:
- Monday - Friday (9:00 AM - 2:00 PM), (5:00 PM - 8:00 PM) Central Time
Responsibilities:
- Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to homeowners using daily refreshed lead lists from PropStream
- Build rapport with distressed homeowners through empathetic, conversational engagement to identify motivated sellers
- Qualify prospects by uncovering their financial situation and willingness to sell their property
- Schedule face-to-face appointments between qualified homeowners and the business owner for deal closure
- Accurately log all call outcomes, lead statuses, and appointment details in the CRM
- Follow up with prospects who request callbacks to maximize lead conversion throughout the shift
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in outbound cold calling or telemarketing, preferably in real estate or a related field
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a natural, conversational, and charismatic phone presence
- Ability to handle frequent rejection while maintaining a positive and motivated attitude
- Strong active listening skills and the ability to connect with people on a personal level
- High level of attention to detail when recording lead information and scheduling appointments
- Ability to work independently and stay productive without constant supervision
Scope:
- Full-time role operating on Central Time to ensure optimal coverage across US time zones
- Calling homeowners aged 45+ across the United States who may be facing financial distress or foreclosure
- Working with an automated lead pipeline delivering fresh lists every 24 hours
- Commission and bonus structure in place for every appointment set and successful deal closed
- Collaborating alongside one other cold caller to drive competitive performance and volume
- Reporting directly to the business owner with call recordings available for quality review
