B2B SaaS Sales Representative

Overview

We are seeking a driven B2B SaaS Sales Representative to own the full outbound sales cycle for a subscription-based business management software platform targeting the U.S. market. This role is focused on new business acquisition through outbound prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals.

Schedule:

  • Part-time Mon-Fri 10 am - 2 pm EST

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting to build a strong pipeline of qualified B2B leads
  • Research and identify potential business prospects within the U.S. market
  • Execute multi-channel outreach (cold calls, emails, follow-ups) to generate interest
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and present tailored solutions
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing new subscription deals
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, including lead status and activity tracking
  • Consistently meet or exceed outreach and revenue targets

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B SaaS or technology sales (subscription-based products preferred)
  • Strong verbal communication and confident phone presence
  • Experience with full-cycle sales including prospecting and closing
  • Highly self-motivated with a strong results-driven and commission-focused mindset
  • Excellent pipeline management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work U.S. Eastern Time hours

Scope

  • Heavy focus on outbound prospecting and new lead generation
  • Includes both cold and warm lead follow-ups
