Job Overview

Our client is looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Content Specialist to manage and elevate their digital presence. In this role, you will develop a differentiated content strategy for the construction and renovation industry, focusing primarily on establishing a cohesive brand identity and growing engagement across Instagram and LinkedIn.

Schedule

• Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM GST (20 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

• Create and publish engaging, trend-driven content across Instagram and LinkedIn on a consistent schedule
• Develop a differentiated content strategy that elevates the brand beyond standard construction industry posts
• Design graphics and visual assets using Canva to maintain a cohesive brand identity across all platforms
• Research and identify optimal posting times for the UAE market, scheduling content in advance to maximize reach
• Monitor engagement metrics, follower growth, and page traffic, providing regular performance reports
• Propose creative content ideas and campaign concepts that align with ongoing renovation projects
• Establish and standardize the brand's visual identity, tone of voice, and content pillars during the initial onboarding phase
• Coordinate with the business owner to source raw project materials such as photos and videos from renovation sites

Requirements

• Proven experience managing social media accounts with a focus on growing engagement and follower bases
• Strong understanding of Instagram and LinkedIn best practices, including platform-specific tone and content styles
• Experience creating visual content for property, construction, or real estate brands is highly preferred
• High level of attention to detail with a strong eye for branding and visual consistency
• Ability to work independently and proactively suggest improvements without constant direction
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences
• Ability to analyze social media trends relevant to the UAE construction and real estate market to inform content decisions
