E-Commerce Search Specialist (Bing & WooCommerce)

Role Overview:

Manage and optimize Bing paid search campaigns while building and refining WordPress landing pages (using Bricks Builder) and WooCommerce product pages to boost ROI and organic visibility. Responsibilities include keyword research, ad copy development, performance monitoring, and collaborating with leadership to align search strategies with brand messaging and company growth goals.

Schedule:

  • Mondays to Fridays, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (US Eastern Time), with a 1-hour unpaid break (40 hours per week)

Scope:

  • Primary focus on Bing PPC campaign management with potential expansion to Meta advertising
  • Organic SEO work centered on product page optimization and campaign landing page development
  • Direct collaboration with the marketing lead on campaign strategy and brand alignment
  • Ongoing site audits and recommendations to improve search presence and user buying experience

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize Bing paid search campaigns on a weekly basis, implementing strategic refinements to improve performance and ROI
  • Build out campaign-specific landing pages using Bricks Builder in WordPress, ensuring keyword alignment and brand-consistent messaging
  • Audit and optimize WooCommerce product pages for organic search visibility, improving on-page SEO elements and content quality
  • Conduct keyword research to inform both paid campaign targeting and organic content strategy
  • Collaborate with leadership on campaign briefs to develop compelling ad copy and landing page content that aligns with brand messaging
  • Monitor search performance metrics and provide actionable insights to support the company's scaling strategy

Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing Bing Ads (Microsoft Advertising) campaigns with a track record of optimization and results
  • Solid understanding of on-page SEO best practices, including keyword integration, meta data, and content optimization
  • Familiarity with WordPress backend and WooCommerce platform
  • Experience using drag-and-drop page builders (Bricks Builder preferred) to create and update web pages
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to craft persuasive, brand-aligned copy
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and hit the ground running
