Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Paid Media Specialist (Google Ads, Meta Ads & Fintech Marketing) to plan, execute, and optimize high-performing advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads. This role is critical in driving customer acquisition and supporting a successful market launch through data-driven paid media strategies.

Schedule

  • Monday to Friday, flexible schedule; 20 hours per week

Responsibilities

  • Plan, build, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads
  • Develop audience targeting strategies, ad copy, and bidding structures to maximize ROI
  • Monitor daily campaign performance and optimize based on CPA, ROAS, and conversion metrics
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copy, and landing pages to improve performance
  • Provide regular performance reports with insights and scaling recommendations
  • Ensure all ad content complies with platform policies and financial services regulations
  • Collaborate with the creative team to align ad visuals with campaign objectives

Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
  • Background with Fintech or Financial Services industry
  • Experience with TikTok Ads is highly desirable
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
  • Experience working within performance or lead generation marketing environments
  • Understanding of financial services or regulated industry advertising is a plus
  • High attention to detail with ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote setup
