Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns across social media platforms such as Instagram and Facebook to drive direct sales
- Develop compelling ad creatives and copy that showcase the unique value of the product line
- Identify, reach out to, and coordinate with relevant influencers and affiliate partners to expand brand visibility and generate orders
- Monitor and optimize ad performance to improve return on ad spend and reduce customer acquisition costs over time
- Manage and maintain social media presence to support e-commerce sales efforts
- Track campaign analytics and provide regular performance reports with actionable insights
Requirements:
- Proven experience running paid social media ad campaigns for e-commerce or direct-to-consumer brands
- Strong understanding of social media advertising platforms and audience targeting strategies
- Experience working with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms
- High level of attention to detail with a data-driven approach to campaign optimization
- Strong written communication skills for ad copy and influencer outreach
- Ability to work independently and take initiative with minimal supervision
