Job Overview

This is a part-time remote position focused on high-volume cold calling to building owners in the commercial real estate sector. The role requires 4 hours of daily outbound calling, Monday through Friday, during morning hours in Pacific Time. Our client is looking for an ideal candidate who can handle various call scenarios independently while maintaining accurate records in spreadsheets and CRM systems.

Client Overview

Our client is a busy commercial real estate brokerage specializing in property sales and transactions. The team focuses on outbound business development and requires dedicated support to maintain consistent outreach to potential sellers.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM Pacific Time (20 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

• Conduct cold calls to building owners for 4 hours daily to identify potential sellers
• Handle various objections and situations that arise during calls with professionalism and adaptability
• Perform basic data entry into spreadsheets and manage information within provided systems
• Utilize provided dialers and websites to track call activities and outcomes
• Show up on time consistently and maintain regular availability during scheduled working hours

Requirements

• Proven experience in cold calling with a track record of making high-volume outbound calls
• Experience working within the property or real estate sector with understanding of industry terminology
• Strong ability to respond quickly and adapt to different conversation scenarios
• Proficiency with basic computer tools including spreadsheets, dialers, and CRM systems

Nice to have:

• Previous experience calling clients in California or New York markets
• Bilingual capability in English and Mandarin Chinese
