Our client is looking for a part-time Zoho Bookkeeper to manage all bookkeeping and accounting functions for the company. This is a remote, part-time position reporting directly to company leadership, requiring 3-4 hours of work per day.

Client Overview

Our client is a property renovations company based in Dubai specializing in flipping and renovating properties. They are seeking to fill this position immediately due to recent team changes.

Schedule

  • Monday - Friday, 4 hours per day, GST (20 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily bookkeeping operations and maintain accurate financial records
  • Process and record financial transactions on a daily basis
  • Utilize Zoho Books for all bookkeeping activities
  • Maintain organized financial documentation and reports
  • Provide regular updates on financial status to management

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of professional bookkeeping experience
  • Proficiency in Zoho Books accounting software
  • Ability to work 3-4 hours per day during Dubai business hours
  • Experience working with real estate or property management companies (Nice-to-have)
  • Previous experience working remotely with international clients (Nice-to-have)
