Schedule: Part-time (4 hours per day, Monday to Friday, 20 hours per week) -Flexible within London Timezone
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the Shopify store including product listings, order processing, and customer follow-ups
- Execute CRM activities to nurture customer relationships and drive repeat purchases
- Plan and publish social media content across platforms to increase brand visibility and engagement
- Coordinate email marketing campaigns aligned with store promotions and new product launches
- Share customer reviews and testimonials across social channels to build trust and social proof
- Monitor store performance and proactively suggest improvements to optimise conversions
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all e-commerce and social media operations
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints and customer communications
- Support the scaling of the online store as the business expands into new verticals
- Align social media activity with broader marketing goals and seasonal campaigns
- Provide data-driven recommendations to improve store performance and audience growth
Requirements
- Proven experience managing a Shopify e-commerce store
- Strong understanding of social media marketing within the beauty or lifestyle industry
