Job Overview

Our client is looking for a Spanish Bilingual Affiliate & Creator Partnerships Specialist (Sales) to build and grow an affiliate and micro-creator program for a fast-growing premium wellness and supplement brand. This is a performance-driven sales role focused on recruiting affiliates and creators, onboarding them, and scaling the revenue they generate through structured outreach pipelines. This role is strictly centered on recruiting, high-volume prospecting, and relationship management—not content creation or general administration.

You will take full ownership of growing brand equity and driving commercial metrics tracked directly through advanced digital platforms.

Schedule

• Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM Pacific (40 hours per week)

Responsibilities

• High-Volume Prospecting: Prospect and recruit affiliates and microcreators at volume via targeted multi-channel direct outreach including direct messages, email, and social networks.
• Partner Onboarding: Onboard new digital creators smoothly, configuring their unique tracking links and custom discount codes within the affiliate ecosystem.
• Community Management: Manage and scale the internal affiliate community, providing ongoing support, marketing assets, and motivational touchpoints to keep partners active.
• Revenue Stream Optimization: Drive dual revenue streams consisting of affiliate/community purchases at insider pricing, and organic sales that affiliates generate directly to their own audiences on a Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) basis.
• Strategic Collaboration: Identify, negotiate, and build additional brand collaborations and multi-tier affiliate partnerships.
• Performance Analysis: Track, analyze, and report on monthly KPI targets, maintaining accountability over partner recruitment counts, active partner ratios, and net revenue driven.

Requirements

• Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency to actively develop a specialized Spanish-language creator channel.
• Sales Foundations: Solid background in sales, outbound business development, affiliate management, or structured influencer/creator outreach.
• Performance Mindset: High comfort level operating in a performance-driven environment measured explicitly on revenue milestones and recruitment volume.
• Outreach Execution: Exceptional written communication skills coupled with the ability to manage high-volume daily outbound message flows.
• Relationship Coordination: Highly organized administrative tracking skills to manage hundreds of active digital partner relationships simultaneously.

Qualifications

• Hands-on operational experience with Impact, Shopify, or closely related affiliate platforms (such as Refersion, GoAffPro, ShareASale, or LTK).
• An existing active network of creators, beauty/lifestyle affiliates, or wellness influencers.
• Prior experience managing growth pipelines for wellness, supplement, beauty, or Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) consumer brands.
