Job Overview:
We are seeking a strategic and creative Social Media Strategist & Content Producer to transform our social media presence into a high-converting lead generation engine across LinkedIn, TikTok, and Instagram. In this role, you will collaborate directly with the business owner to spearhead the soft launch of our company rebrand while shifting our output from a basic portfolio showcase to a high-impact client acquisition tool. You will be fully responsible for the end-to-end content pipeline, which includes scripting, editing high-quality video and photo assets, and managing the monthly content calendar. The ideal candidate brings a proven track record in service-based marketing, a sharp eye for brand storytelling, and the ability to work independently to drive inbound inquiries.
Schedule:
- 20 hours per week, flexible during client business hours (Pacific Standard Time)
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media content strategy aligned with lead generation and client acquisition goals
- Edit and produce high-quality video and photo content that tells a cohesive brand story across multiple platforms
- Plan and manage content calendars for LinkedIn, TikTok, and Instagram with a focus on driving inbound inquiries
- Craft compelling captions and scripts that support brand positioning and convert followers into photography clients
- Coordinate the soft launch of the company's rebrand across all active social media channels
- Monitor content performance and proactively adjust strategy based on engagement and lead generation metrics
Requirements:
- Proven experience in social media strategy and content creation for service-based or photography businesses
- Experience with Go High Level is a plus
- High level of attention to detail and a genuine understanding of brand storytelling
- Strong ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent written communication skills with a natural, authentic tone — no reliance on AI-generated copy
- Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely
Scope:
- Support the launch of a rebranded online presence across LinkedIn, TikTok, and Instagram
- Shift social media output from portfolio showcasing to a lead generation engine for higher-quality clients
- Build a structured content pipeline including scripts, talking head videos, and branded visual content
- Provide strategic direction on what content to produce, the proper sequencing, and how it ties to business goals
- Collaborate directly with the business owner to refine brand persona and messaging
- Produce approximately 12 or more quality content pieces per month
