Job Overview
Our client is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive QuickBooks Bookkeeper Financial Analyst to support a growing US small business. In this role, you will manage day-to-day financial tracking, lead historical data cleanups, and maintain organized financial documentation. This position is integrated into a growth-mode business operation, providing essential ledger management and collaborative support directly alongside the company CPA and management.
Schedule
Monday - Friday, 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM PT (20 work hours per week)
Note: This is a part-time position with daily flexible coordination within Pacific business hours.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks and transaction categorization.
- Perform weekly and monthly account reconciliations for accuracy.
- Prepare detailed financial reports and Excel-based data analysis.
- Handle small business invoicing and accounts receivable ledger.
- Assist with historical cleanup of 2024 and 2025 financial records.
- Coordinate with the CPA to ensure 2026 books remain current.
- Maintain organized financial documentation within QuickBooks.
Requirements
- Proven experience in bookkeeping and financial administration.
- High proficiency in QuickBooks and advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical skills for report preparation and data auditing.
- Detail-oriented approach to minimize errors and audit adjustments.
- Professional English written and verbal communication for regular touchpoints.
