We are seeking a creative and experienced Social Media Video Content Creator to produce high-performing video content for social media and digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate has strong video editing skills, understands platform-specific content strategies, and can create engaging videos optimized for Meta, YouTube, and TikTok. Also, A strong portfolio showcasing previous social media video projects is essential.

We are a fast-growing, technology-driven financial services business focused on delivering modern and innovative solutions to clients across Australia. Leveraging automation and digital-first strategies, we are building a strong online presence through engaging and impactful content.

Schedule:

• Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week (flexible)

Responsibilities:

• Create and edit engaging video content for Meta, YouTube, TikTok, and other social media platforms
• Develop video creatives for both paid advertising and organic content campaigns
• Design supporting social media assets and visual content
• Adapt content for different platforms, audiences, and campaign objectives
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute content strategies
• Manage multiple content projects while meeting deadlines
• Stay current with social media trends, video formats, and platform updates

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in video editing and social media content creation
• Strong portfolio showcasing social media videos created for previous clients or projects (required)
• Proven experience creating content for Meta, YouTube, and TikTok
• Proficiency with professional video editing software and content creation tools
• Strong understanding of social media marketing and video performance metrics
• Excellent attention to detail and creative storytelling skills
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Nice to Have:

• Experience within financial services, accounting, or tax-related industries
• Experience with Metricool or similar social media scheduling platforms
• Understanding of compliance considerations in regulated industries
