Our client is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist (PPC & Social Media) to manage and enhance the firm's online presence, with a strong focus on social media marketing, PPC advertising, and lead generation.
This role is responsible for maintaining and optimizing existing marketing initiatives while ensuring consistent brand visibility, engagement, and performance across all digital channels. The ideal candidate is a results-driven marketer who can confidently manage campaigns, oversee web assets, and independently generate qualified leads for the firm.

Responsibilities
- Social Media Management: Manage and maintain the firm’s social media presence across all active platforms; develop content calendars aligned with brand tone and marketing goals.
- Campaign Execution: Plan and execute paid and organic social media campaigns to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
- PPC Optimization: Manage and optimize Google Ads / PPC campaigns to attract qualified inquiries and improve client acquisition costs.
- Website Administration: Update and maintain the company website, including routine content updates and team page changes.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor campaign performance, track conversion data, and make ongoing data-driven improvements.
- Brand Visibility: Support overall digital marketing execution to improve online visibility and maximize organic and paid conversions.
Requirements
- Marketing Experience: Proven professional experience in digital marketing, social media management, and PPC advertising.
- Strategic Understanding: Strong operational understanding of both paid and organic marketing strategies.
- Independent Execution: Ability to step into an existing marketing setup with minimal ramp-up time and manage priorities effectively.
- Communication & Precision: Strong written communication skills paired with excellent attention to detail.
- Portfolio Requirement: A solid portfolio of sample work showcasing previous campaigns, ads, social media content, or digital marketing case studies is required.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in professional services or legal marketing is a major plus.
- Familiarity managing specific advertising channels such as Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads platforms.
