Job Overview:
This is a full-time remote position supporting sales operations and digital marketing efforts for an auto detailing business. The role focuses on managing warm leads from multiple channels, appointment scheduling, and creating engaging social media content to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will handle 20-30 Facebook and Instagram inquiries daily, plus 10 high-ticket ceramic coating leads, requiring consistent availability during business hours.
Client Overview:
Our client is a growing mobile auto detailing business specializing in ceramic coatings and premium vehicle care services. The business is approximately four months old and currently operates with a small team of two founders who handle field operations while managing an active lead generation campaign.
Schedule:
- Mondays to Fridays, approximately from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm (US Pacific Time, 8 hours per day, needs availability throughout the day to handle incoming leads and follow-ups) 40 hours per week.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to and follow up with leads from Facebook, Instagram, and lead generation platforms throughout the day to maximize conversion rates before leads go cold.
- Schedule appointments and manage the founder's calendar for both regular detailing services (150-200 dollar appointments) and premium ceramic coating services (700-1000 dollar appointments).
- Handle customer inquiries via phone calls and messaging platforms, providing information about services and converting warm leads into booked appointments.
- Create, edit, and post content across Facebook, Instagram, and Google Business Page, showcasing before-and-after detailing work and services.
- Maintain organized communication with leads through the company's lead platform and social media channels to ensure timely follow-ups.
Must Have Requirements:
- Proven experience with appointment setting and customer service, particularly handling warm leads and scheduling coordination.
- Strong social media management skills, including content creation and posting across Facebook and Instagram platforms.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage potential customers professionally and convert inquiries into appointments.
Nice to Have Requirements:
- Experience with Google Business Page setup and management.
- Previous experience working with auto detailing, automotive services, or similar service-based businesses.
