We are seeking a highly efficient, self-motivated Web Specialist (WordPress) with agency experience to build and maintain high-quality WordPress pages. In this role, you will manage multiple concurrent projects, handle minor website graphics support, and execute client updates accurately within set budgets. You must be able to self-supervise, work independently in a remote environment, and consistently deliver polished, visually professional results.

Responsibilities

• WordPress Management & Development: Build, edit, and maintain high-quality website pages, ensuring all work meets rigorous agency and client standards.
• Website Graphics Support: Assist with minor editing and modifying of existing graphics for websites or event marketing assets to ensure they meet aesthetic standards.
• Agency Project & Time Management: Handle client updates efficiently, work seamlessly with a team, manage multiple projects

 

Requirements

• WordPress Expertise: Several years of experience building and editing high-quality websites on WordPress. A portfolio demonstrating this work is required. (APPLICATIONS WITH PORTFOLIOS WILL BE PRIORITIZED)
• Agency Experience: Proven experience working in a fast-paced agency environment, handling multiple projects at once, and meeting client expectations for quality and efficiency.
• Time Management & Self-Supervision: Demonstrated ability to execute tasks promptly without taking excessive time, self-manage workflow, and take ownership of output quality.
• Strong Design Aesthetic: A proven understanding of modern design principles and the ability to ensure all web deliverables look professional and visually polished (not just checking off a task).
• Canva Familiarity: A general understanding of Canva to easily jump in and edit existing Canva files as needed.
• Divi Proficiency: High preference for candidates comfortable building and editing with the Divi theme. (Knowledge of WP Page Bakery or Elementor is also a plus).
• SEO & AI Trends: Understanding of current AI trends and basic SEO principles, specifically using the Yoast Plugin for on-page optimization, preferred.
• Project Management: Experience using the Teamwork Projects platform preferred.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with WHM/Apache servers preferred.
