Job Overview

Our client is looking for a creative and results-driven SEO Content Writer to support a business specializing in ADHD and executive coaching. This role combines SEO content writing, digital publishing, and brand outreach to build top-of-funnel awareness. The ideal candidate can transform high-level topic briefs and raw drafts into professional, humanized, and highly engaging content while independently navigating digital platforms to support long-term marketing funnel operations.

Schedule

Monday - Friday, Flexible 20 hours per week with necessary catch-ups between 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM MST/MDT

Responsibilities

• Research, write, and publish SEO-optimized blog articles aligned with the company's niche in ADHD and executive coaching.
• Humanize and refine AI-generated draft content to ensure authenticity, accuracy, and brand voice consistency.
• Build out and publish blog pages within Squarespace following established site templates and structure.
• Support LinkedIn newsletter content creation and publishing to drive top-of-funnel awareness.
• Develop YouTube video scripts based on topics and outlines provided by the client.
• Coordinate podcast guest outreach, securing interview opportunities and managing scheduling.
• Manage the production layer by preparing content for client review and approval before final publishing.

Requirements

• Proven experience in SEO content writing, including keyword research and on-page optimization.
• Familiarity with Squarespace or similar website builders for content publishing.
• Strong written English communication skills with the ability to adapt tone and style to a professional coaching audience.
• Self-starter who can take high-level topic briefs and independently produce publish-ready content.
• High level of attention to detail, particularly around brand consistency and content quality.

• Knowledge or future capability to expand into email marketing, lead nurturing, and building automations/sequences within Kajabi.
