Job Overview
Our client is seeking a proactive, self-motivated Digital Telemarketing & Lead Generation Specialist to build and scale their B2B client acquisition pipeline. In this flexible, part-time remote role, you will serve as the company's first dedicated marketing resource, taking complete ownership of building a prospect database from scratch, executing targeted email outreach, and initiating phone conversations to introduce the company’s creative services. This position is a hybrid of strategic database development, copywriting, and active outbound prospecting, making it an exceptional fit for an autonomous marketer who enjoys shaping campaigns from the ground up and setting up discovery opportunities for leadership.

Monday - Friday, 20 work hours per week (4 hours per day) Note: Highly flexible scheduling within the 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST business window.
Responsibilities
- Database Engineering: Research, source, and build a targeted database of small-to-medium business prospects utilizing existing company contacts and independent market research.
- Email Campaign Execution: Design, deploy, and monitor multi-stage B2B email outreach campaigns engineered to generate immediate brand awareness and new business opportunities.
- Lead Pipeline Nurturing: Follow up consistently with cold and warm prospects via email, nurturing them cleanly through the initial client acquisition pipeline.
- Outbound Telemarketing: Conduct professional cold calls to targeted business owners to introduce core services and successfully secure firm consultation appointments.
- Re-engagement Campaigns: Maintain a centralized prospect and client log, executing specialized re-engagement campaigns targeting past clients for repeat business opportunities.
- Strategic Collaboration: Partner directly with the business owner to develop compelling marketing messages, refine objection-handling scripts, and continuously optimize outbound strategies.
Requirements
- Sales & Prospecting Footprint: Proven professional experience in B2B telemarketing, cold calling, email marketing, or outbound lead generation workflows.
- Outreach Copywriting: Strong written communication skills with a demonstrated ability to craft concise, high-converting outreach copy and email templates.
- Data Organization: High level of attention to detail when compiling B2B prospect lists and maintaining database hygiene logs.
- Autonomy & Initiative: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, manage daily timelines effectively, and take proactive initiative on outreach adjustments.
- Agility: Comfortable working within a nimble, small business environment and adapting quickly to evolving operational processes.
